RACE 1: SARAH’S SECRET

The opening race is a pandora race. We haven’t heard much around the stables. No one has a strong stance, watch for the market it will be a good indicator. A tentative vote goes to SARAH’S SECRET, C.RAMDIN is confident he won’t be far. NEWSMAN is down to a very benchmark, he will have his say here. XANTHUS made two encouraging runs, if he gets a clear run he should be there again. It’s quite an open race, watch for the market movers.

RACE 2: MOUNTED WARRIOR

This race will be a duel between RED FORCE ONE and MOUNTED WARRIOR. RED FORCE ONE did nothing wrong so far, one of the rare satisfactions at the R.GUJADHUR yard although he won just one race but was always up there. He should have a good run again but the outside draw will be an obstacle. Our pick is MOUNTED WARRIOR, very well liked with his connections. He is tipped to run a cracker and could prove too strong here. CAPKUTA is coming with decent form. S.NARANG horses seemed to have dipped form suspiciously after an excellent start of season. The rest will need to improve.

RACE3: DOUBLETHINK

R.GUJADHUR makes DOUBLETHINK his best chance of the day. He is in a competitive field but the trainer is confident to bring him home with D.SOOFUL on board. ERNIE is dropping in class will do well. It will be interesting to see how DESERT ILLUSION performs. The trip might be too sharp for ITALIAN WAY. RIVER THAMES will be a threat if he gets a soft lead. STOCKBRIDGE cannot be written off. 

RACE4: MEMPHIS MAFIA

A very interesting race here, with many potential winners. Our pick is MEMPHIS MAFIA who is coming back after a break, he runs well fresh and if gets a clear run will be irresistible. R.MAINGARD has done wonders with this horse and expects to bag another win with him. COPENHAGEN was somewhat a surprise winner last time out, he has kept his form and is a serious player here. THE BYZANTINE will be competitive in this field. BELLAGIO KING does not inspire much with a struggling yard. 

RACE 5: SILVER HERITAGE

SILVER HERITAGE is the clear pick here, he is by far the best horse in this field. P C ORFFER gives him as his best chance. He is clearly the horse to beat and R.MAINGARD will be hoping for a quick fire double. He will be very hard to resist in the straight. ALAMEERY won nicely on his last run, and is above the rest. A good bet is to have an exacta. CHOIR OF ANGELS is the best of the rest.

RACE 6: PRINCE OF VENICE

Beaten hot favorite last time out PRINCE OF VENICE gets a speculative vote. S.MAHADIA rates him very highly and has faith in his capabilities. He was fancied on his last outing and was a disappointing 5th. They have a silent hope with him. R.OLIVER seems to be an average jockey unless he proves us wrong. HUYSTEEN has a good chance as well as SEATTLE KID. A better race is expected from ETCHED IN BLUE. EMERALD BAND cannot be written off. MAMO ROCK is super consistent a win is overdue for him.

RACE 7: PADRE PIO

PADRE PIO last race is to be ignored. He had a hard race, and S.DONOHUE insistence to get him forward didn’t help either. S.DONOHUE is a shrewd rider, difficult to explain how made a mess of it. PADRE PIO is one of the best buys this season, we haven’t seen the best of him yet. If he is given a smooth clean run he will win it. His main opponent will be BAG OF TRICKS who is in fine form. He will finish strongly. HUBBLE will most likely set a hot pace. FOOLS GOLD hasn’t peaked yet.

RACE 8: EMBLEM OF HOPE

EMBLEM OF HOPE is a promising newcomer, he has drawn one and looks very good here S.HURCHUND is taken all the care of the world with him and given all the time to improve. He is in top condition and will be I.SANTANA only win of the day. We can hardly see anyone beating him and has an interesting SOUTH AFRICAN form. ALSSAKHRA is down in class, watch. We are all waiting for THE RIGHT STUFF to win a race. CRUSHING FORCE has shown signs of maturity and a good run is expected.

RACE 9: BIG SMOKE

BIG SMOKE is taken to confirm his recent win. Although he has an outside draw, he has an excellent chance here. The connections are confident to bag another win and the trainer is confident. N.BATCHAMEEAH has a golden opportunity to win his first race. He has been well below par this season, if he rides a half decent race he should steer BIG SMOKE home. SPECIAL FORCE chances are limited. KINGS EMPIRE has disappointed after two promising second places. HIT THE GREEN needs to improve. GIMME A SWINGER, a surprise winner will find it harder this time.
