RACE 1: TIGER’S BOND

Our pick for the opener is TIGER’S BOND, the horse is in top condition and should make it three in a row. The connections are happy with him and trust he will make it again. The only question mark is the jockey. N.BATCHAMEEAH has been so disappointing and unreliable. A half decent N.BATCHAMEEAH should be enough to make him win, let’s hope he is up to the task. Both S.NARANG runners are in with a chance. GREATFIVEEIGHT a recent winner will be there again. A good race is expected from MILLION DOLLAR MAN. It is anybody’s race, a wise thing to do is wait to see where the money is.

RACE 2: MOUNTED WARRIOR

An open race here with many serious players. CITADEL is an upcoming sort, and should do well. JALS TIGER has been training well and will try to go all the way. SAN ANDREAS is very well liked by his trainer, he can only progress from here. MOUNTED WARRIOR was heavily fancied by his entourage on debut. He was well supported, it’s quite unfortunate he did not break well from the gates. This time also they trust in his chances and are confident for a win. PERDRAU stable has a silent hope with JACALAC, they expect him to run a bold race. If our selection fails JACALAC will pounce.

RACE3: BALLANTINE HALL

BALLANTINE HALL almost made it last time, he is top form and is S.DONOHUE best chance of the day. The jockey is confident he will run a brave race, and he vowed to give it all before he leaves. His stable companion, LIT will make sure he gets a comfortable race. An improved race is expected from NIMITZ. BELLAGION KING finished close on his last run and could have won. Although it will be a lil more difficult for him this time, we cannot write him off. It seems CANARY ISLAND won’t have the same favors this time, which will make it more complicated for him. 

RACE4: CAPTAIN GARETT

A very interesting race where the ROUSSET stable is confident they will get the better of GO JEWEL. The inside draw will make a huge difference and they believe CAPTAIN GARETT will have the last word. D.SOOFUL makes him his best chance of the day and promises to try it all. GO JEWEL has been impeccable so far, a fifth win is definitely not out of reach. V.ALLET is confident in his chances but he reckons the outside draw is of a concern. JAYS DANCER is a horse with a solid reputation, he will do well here if he stays healthy. MARULA is facing stiff opposition.

RACE 5: KAYDENS PRIDE

P C ORFFER makes KAYDENS PRIDE his best chance of the day, he somehow misjudged the last race and he vowed to make amends. R.MAINGARD is confident that if he is given a proper race he will be hard to resist. MAMBO ROCK is a consistent sort but the first spot eludes him. SOCKEROO needs more runs to regain fitness. LUNAFACTION and ROLL OF DRUMS are to be reviewed. CHARLESTON HERO is dropping in class, if he gets an easy lead can go all the way.

RACE 6: MARAUDING

The main event is very exciting and it seems it is a perfect race for MARAUDING. He has been training superbly and will do well on this distance. BLACK CAT BACK will ensure to give him all the chances by setting a hot pace. UNDERCOVER AGENT is a classy sort, and will be there again. BARITONE made an eye-catching debut if does not follow too far will have his say. KAMADEVA is the fastest at the gates, won’t be a surprise if he leads.

RACE 7: DESERT BOY

It seems it will be a duel between REMUS and DESERT BOY, if there will be one. REMUS comes with a solid reputation, he had some health issues and has still to regain full fitness. He has been heavily supported, but he has to beat DESERT BOY. The latter is in top form and the connections are very confident he will be too good. J.ALLYHOSAIN who has been heavily criticized has a golden chance to grab a win. ROCK MANOR will finish in the placings. RAHEEB seems to be the fastest in the lot, he will try to break well. The rest will need to do a lot to feature. 

RACE 8: ANZA-BORREGO

AFTER THE ORDER a recent winner cannot be ignored, is in with a chance. FREE TO WIN was fancied in each of his runs, he seems to be lacking a lil bit of something. MASTER OF DISGUISE has all to prove. OPAGUE last run is to be ignored, his outside draw is problematic but if he secure a suitable position he will finish like a bullet. GUNNER RUNNER and MR MOGAMBO are to be reviewed. FOLLOW SUIT is on the up, he is improving after every race he will do well. ANZA-BORREGO is in top form, even a place bet will be worth it looking at the odds. He’s in superb condition and his connections are confident he won’t be too far. This one too is a very open race, watch the market.
